The deposit can be effected as follows:

• by announcement of the credit card number (Eurocard or visas) and the validity date or
• by bank credit transfer in the europayments (gratis for the receiver - attacking bank charges are not taken over from the hotel)

Reservations:
Are only written – Fax/Mail/Postway – valid. Should the prices deviate in the reservation confirmation, the cited prices are always valid according to price-list.

Cancellations:
Are only written – Fax/Mail/Postway – valid. Made deposits will withhold as a cancelation fee, except with cancellation appropriate for term. The general commercial terms on the Hotellerie are valid it in 2006. With short-term cancellation as well as with untimely departure we must charge for the price of the whole stay duration. For a contract cancellation the CANCELLATION POLICY apply.
With reservation of all-inclusive weeks no reimbursement occurs with later journey or former departure.

Travel resignation assurance:
With it to you with possible cancellation on account of illness, death, job loss, etc. no unnecessary costs originate, we offer to you a travel resignation assurance. Request interest for info material or on www.europaeische.at call in.

Currency:
Cash, EC-card (A, D, NL) and credit cards (visas, Mastercard/Eurocard)

Single allocation:
With single allocation of a double room or flat the price of this decreases the second bed about 20€ - per day.

Short stay surcharge:
With a stay up to 3 days we settle a surcharge of 3€ per person and day.

Journey and departure:
CHECK-IN from 14:00 o'clock
CHECK-OUT till 10:00 o'clock
The rooms have come off 14:00 o'clock ready. Should you arrive after 18:00 o'clock, we ask you to inform us of this briefly by telephone, by e-mail or fax. Room release on the departure day 10:00 o'clock. With non-journey 3 days (Will cost according to room category and seasonal time) from the given credit card debited a sum to an account! With untimely departure or late journey the room price of the respectively booked days is settled.

Domestic animals:
They are able to do your 4-legged darling (surcharge: 9€ per day without feed) take. Please, have understanding that animals may not be taken in the restaurant and our wellness area.
